MaryV,
You can try token inside module footer or header first and check result. Otherwise you can wait for one day for version 18 that supports tokens inside connections string.
Can we move conversation to another topic, please?
Kind regards,
Primoz

My Wish List - I'd like to be able to have a "report" in the export /or wherever - something that can be printed that could be taken into a meeting, etc...right now it's the export is really not for that purpose and the print feature of dnn you'd have to print it page by page...(10 rows at a time)...thanks!!!

Mary,
You have a lot more options already available. You can set dynamic (textbox or dropdovnlist) or fixed page size with lot of rows, you can use export to html, text or word, etc.
Kind regards,
Primoz

A nice print view of the gridedit screen would be great. I have the custom HTML setup the way I want the data to be viewed, but if you print from the browser, it also prints the DNN headers footers, and other modules shown on that page, such as links.
Is there a way to do this now that I am unaware of?

Hi,
Did you try built-in DNN printing option:
Module Settings => Page settings => Allow Print? checkbox
This option adds print icon at the bottom of the grid that allows printing module content.

guys,
i'm really hoping you can explore putting this in as this is not easy to do right now - get the totals of columns at the bottom of the grid - because of filters, etc...and also the way it looks (not a last row in the grid)....i've got a post for help out there - need this to work.
thanks,
Mary

Another request!
is it possible to add a property that is like the asp.net grid property "SelectedItemStyle"
that allows you to set the look of the selected item/row?
thanks,
MaryV

I would agree with this post--column totaling functionality would be fantastic as an option. I do it now with the footers but it is nearly impossible to get them to line up properly, plus as you say it is not really possible to incorporate filters. If we could get this in base product it would be great.

Selected item style can be set using css.
